Congratulations to Liam!

I have just seem ruby on the bbc news promoting black dog and am now signed up very new to Internet and also depression diagnosed 4 months ago but it is apparent to me I have been living with this for years it seems I have found my own coping mechanisms but since been given fluoxetine prescribed by my doctor I now know how I should have been feeling so now I am learning how to be me and how to deal with other people who do not understand this illness I an now finding a good councillor helps tremendously along with a good long walk and 10 minute meditations three times a week
